A Shade of Halloween is a Vampire Mystery/Thriller series with themes of suspense and romance. The story follows the main character, Selena Ryder, as she tries to make sense of the supernatural occurrences that threaten to turn her life upside down.

Book One: A Shade of Halloween

Selena Ryder wakes up one morning to find a note predicting she’ll die on Halloween’s day. She passes it off as an early Halloween prank by her roommate but with each passing day, several creepy and mysterious events begin to suggest that the note she received is anything but a prank.

With crazy nightmares that play out verbatim in reality, Selena is forced to search for answers to questions that defile the very core of rationality. With each answer, comes pain, grief, fear… and more questions.

As Halloween’s day draws nearer, Selena is faced with the terrifying truth that a vicious mythical creature has a vendetta against her. The scariest part of it all, is that this might not be the first time it has happened.

Can Selena survive this creature?

Book Two: Shadows

Selena Ryder’s life takes an even darker turn two days before Halloween, when she realizes that Halloween’s day might actually be the day she dies.

With nothing but a mysterious book, and a shady Vampire who claims to be from her past to guide her, she has to take a trip down history, to a life lived centuries ago, in hopes of figuring out the truth.

Will she succeed, or will she run out of time?

Book Three: Sorceress

After the discovery of her new powers, Selena Ryder finds out that Ros Soille’s vendetta against her is the least of her problems.

Will the support of true love and great friendship be enough to absolve her of a pending murder case, as well as save her from a vicious clan of Vampires who are out to put an end to her kind?

Book Four: Reunion

With the horror of the attempted first generation takeover behind them, Selena and her friends attempt to go back to a semblance of normalcy… but a few ghosts have refused to stay buried in the past and the team is about to get a very uncomfortable reunion.
